PIXEL( x, y)
Returns the colour of a pixel on the video output or LCD display. x is the
horizontal coordinate and y is the vertical coordinate of the pixel.
If an LCD display is used it must use one of the SSD1963, ILI9341, ILI9488, or ST7789_320 controllers.
